Let’s Get Sirius
If you’re a Sirius subscriber (as I now am), tune in to channel 148 tomorrow, May 17, at 6:00 PM ET for Adam Curry’s Podshow. The Roadhouse will occupy nearly a full hour as the featured podcast. This is a special "best of" podcast put together specifically for Podshow.
If you’re here after hearing the show, feel free to comment in this post on how you see the impact of Podshow on the podcasting world.
[Update]: This will air in the 9:00 – 10:00 ET slot tonight. Running time is just a shade over 45 minutes, so it’ll take most of that hour.

Your “Homecoming” Sunday morning segment is NOT Roadhouse material. There are hundreds of quartet gospel singers, Elvis sings gospel songs, Patsy Cline’s Railway to Heaven, Tennesse Ford, and on and on. Roadhouse fans like to sing along. A lot of us have more past than we have future and we attach memories to your songs. I LOVE Roadhouse. I have Dish Sirius b/c I’m retired and have no room for another monthly bill to subscribe (I wish I did), but there is so much crap on TV, I play Roadhouse a lot. AND it’s my Alternate channel (you know, whenever there is a commerical on a show I actually watch), commercial? Zap, to 6062. Sometimes I just stay b/c I LOVE your music. BUT you definitely have to do something about your Gaither Homecoming—it’s definitely NOT Roadhouse material. Honest. Nothing against Gaither, mind you, it just doesn’t belong on Roadhouse. Please?
Joanne:
I believe you have the wrong Roadhouse. Sirius Satellite Radio has a Roadhouse channel. This is a podcast that’s not associated with Sirius, other than the occasional past appearance (through Podshow) on the Sirius Stars channel.
If you like blues, you might enjoy this Roadhouse.
