A Great New Resource
The Association of Music Podcasting (AMP) reached another milestone today. Tim at radio.speljamr put it quite nicely, and I quote from his site:
The Association of Music Podcasting is pleased to announce the grand re-opening of the AMP Music Library. The AMP Music Library is a collection of podsafe music that members of AMP use to find quality tracks for their podcasts. For musicians: This is a great way to let AMP members know that you have songs available for podcasting. Many AMP members rely on this library for the content of their music podcasts. Currently there are 50+ music podcasters in the association and that number is growing. Get your music played on some of the finest independent music podcasts available. Signup today!
For the public: the AMP Music Library offers a list of bands who have submitted tracks to the library and has further information on how to get in touch with each band. If you heard it played on an AMP podcast check here to find out more about the artist. And if you don’t find the artist listed in the AMP Library, let us know and we’ll see if we can get them into the library.
The library is located at http://library.musicpodcasting.org/. Come view the revolution for yourself.
