    Tony,

not sure if you are aware of it or not, but a few weeks ago feedburner changed there feeds so that they add tracking info for the feeds. This cause problems with my podcast aggregator (CastPodder) as the new xml has mangled the enclosure links to read
    [enclosure url=”http://feeds.feedburner.com/roadhouse.mp3?d=104” length=”57672424” type=”audio/mpeg” /]
    [feedburner:origEnclosureLink]
    http://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3?http://media.libsyn.com/media/roadhouse/roadhouse_057.mp3
    [/feedburner:origEnclosureLink]

and now my aggreagator wants to name roadhouse_057.mp3 as roadhouse.mp3?d=104 which as you probably know linux doesn’t like as a file name. So I have to manually rename all the files before I can scp them to my mp3 player.

Unless you know another podcatcher for linux and really need the feedburner stats, I would greatly appreciate if you turn off the feedburner stats.

    Thanks for a great podcast

Tony, you’re the man! I intentionally don’t look at the show notes before listening to a podcast, ‘cause I enjoy letting the show unfold by itself. So, this morning, as I’m out on my morning walk, I’m really digging the groove you’ve established in #57. I love hearing Candye Kane—I was introduced to her on Penn & Teller’s show about 6 years ago.

I finished my walk before the Roadhouse finished, so I just put the iPod on pause ‘till I got to the office this morning. I was thrilled to hear Susan Tedeschi just around the corner from where I left off. I was just thinking of pestering you to play some more Susan, but I guess you’re reading my mind.

Keep it up—The Roadhouse is definitely one of my favorite stops along the podcast landscape.

Consider it done. I’ve had other listeners comment on problems with the Doppler client, as well. I suspect that this is the issue, and that I’ll see all these clear up right away. Thanks, from me and the other listeners.
