The Roadhouse 076
For the fourth week in a row, the temperatures outside The Roadhouse Studios are well into the 90s, with no less than 80% humidity. In fact, the entire US is gripped in a heat wave that just won’t stop. But, the 76th Roadhouse Podcast is like the ice cubes in your sweet sun tea. Bo Ramsey, Boogie Woogie Red, W.C. Clark, Coco Montoya, and Glamour Puss are the cool oases in the heat. With opressive and unchanging weather around The Little Blue House on the Wetlands this week, the summer plan remains unchanged – delivering the full range of blues: the finest blues you’ve never heard.

Tony – -
Don’t know if you heard yet – - I got a new job down @ 35th… Anyway, it’s been a real pleasure to make your acquaintance, and I hope to cross paths with you again some time. Take care!
Meanwhile, I’ll be listening in…
Hi Tony,
I enjoy your podcast but have a suggestion.
“The best blues you’ve never heard” is a great tagline but, because the music is unfamiliar, would you consider introducing the selections regularly?
Sometimes you’ll play 4 songs in a row without identifying what’s what. I certainly can look the title up on this website, but it would be a nice addition to your podcast.
I believe the artists would also appreciate the “front-sell” and follow up mentions.
Grateful,
Todd Little

Dear Tony,
Thanks a million for your support and kind attention. It feels unspeakably good to know that my songs were not written in vain…
Greetings and cheers from Bucharest, Romania to you and to all of your listeners.
G-d Bless you all,
AG
Just listened to #76 yesterday and it was really great to hear that stuff. Due to some private problems I was a bit depressed and your choice of music made me dance in my chair (like so many times before) and soon I smiled again.
Thanks man!
Glad to hear it picked you up, Martin. That’s just further proof that, contrary to common opinion, the blues really is uplifting music.
