One week late but the stuff you have played by Albert Castiglia recently is sensational. Particularly liked Bad Year Blues and Godfather of the Blues from These Are The Days. Good stuff from Jeff Healey as well on Mess of Blues. All readily available on eMusic.

Wow. Incredible show, and, yes, you’ve been on a roll lately. At least three songs I will add to my “Best of the Roadhouse” playlist: Who (Nappy Brown), Blues Train (Elvin Bishop), Up Above My Head (Sr. Rosetta Tharpe), and maybe Ride It Out (Marcia Ball). I think “Who” replaces “Butt Bustin’ Boogie” as my favorite “blues song I never heard.”

    Tony –
Excellent show! Even better, I had time to catch the whole thing. Great to see the Roadhouse is still open for business. Love it, as always!

Agree with Mike from Jersey (is that Jersey UK or elsewhere?), that Who by Nappy Brown is simply sensational. I picked it up in an earlier Roadhouse and have played it many times since. Like right now for an encore! Also try some of the other tracks off “Long Time Coming” – it is a great CD.
