According to the Festival organizers: "Flooding conditions in LeClaire Park have forced this year's Festival to be relocated to Downtown Davenport. Bandshell acts will appear on a stage at 2nd & Pershing Streets, and acts that were scheduled for the Tent Stage will appear in the Adler Theater on 3rd Street." Consider it done, Lori.
