Fantastic show Tony and congratulations on the major milestone of your 5th anniversary. Great choice of artists, many of whom are now heavily featured in my music collection thanks to the Roadhouse particularly Ronnie Baker Brooks, Johnny Nicholas, Doug Macleod,Janiva Magness, Sean Costello, Candye Kane (who I have seen in Australia)and Watermelon Slim. If I had not heard them on the Roadhouse, I would still not know who they were. As you say, ‘The Finest Blues You’ve Never Heard’ and that is so true – keep it going Tony.

    Hi Tony

Show 261 was fantastic. Even though i found the roadhouse one cold dark night wandering lost on the highway I received such a warm welcome and had such a great time that I’ve just kept coming back!

In fact over the last year I have listened to every show from #1. What a fun journey. Made my working day all the better.

Congratulations on keeping a great establishment going for 5 years. Keep them bar stools warm, the beverages cold and the music pumping!

    Adrian (Brisbane Australia)
